Tadayoshi Kohno

Tadayoshi Kohno is a professor in the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Washington. He volunteers regularly at the Tsubaki Grand Shrine of America, a Shinto shrine north of Seattle. The main character in "Civilizations" was inspired by Sarutahiko no Ōkami, the Shinto god in charge of Earth and everything within Earth’s atmosphere.
